It’s Tuesday which means it is time for me to check in for another week! I’m back with this weeks weight loss diary and if you remember, I was very keen to lose the half a pound that I put on last week. I have been doing my walking every day along with sticking to plan. I did have a few little slip ups during the week and I panicked this would have a detrimental effect on my weight loss but I did get straight back on plan afterwards.
Exercise apart from the walking was pretty much a no go this week as I hurt my ankle. I had to do the walking as it was the school run so I grinned and beared it for that purpose but I wasn’t going to do extra exercise on top to make it even worse. Thankfully it is okay now, I think I must have just banged it or something. I did manage two days on the exercise bike though even so!

I am glad to say I managed to lose 1lb this week, losing the 0.5lb I put on last week and an extra half a pound. I am happy with this – even if I consistently lose a pound a week, I would be happy. I am just 3.5lbs from my stone off, hoping to hit it next week if I can by sticking to plan, plenty of exercise and water but if I don’t do it, I don’t do it. I would be happy with whatever loss I had.

Congratulations!! A great achievement for the week 🙂 Weight loss can be a bit funny like that, often when I’m sure I’ve gained weight, I’ve actually lost and vice versa! Keep up the good work 🙂
Thanks Laura!
Congrats Rebecca. Good luck with the rest of the weight loss.
Thanks Stella!
Congratulations hun you are doing incredibly well I am so proud of you. I know you can reach your goal keep going x
Thanks Ana! <3
Well done! It’s so hard when you’re injured to stay in good spirits, but sounds like you’ve come out on top there!
Corinne x
Thanks Corinne! Hoping to get more exercise in this week!
Yay! Congrats on the weight loss! 🙂
Slow and steady is best so you are doing the right thing.
Lyndsay
Thanks Lyndsay!
Well done 🙂 slow and steady is the best way to go x
Thank you x
Well done you – slow and steady is always better than rapid off and rapid back on again x
Thanks Linda!
Yay well done on keeping at it! And hope the ankle is better… don’t do too much if it’s playing up! An exercise bike is something I could do with… I could paddle away whilst watching Eastenders! AND I wouldn’t have to go out in the cold!! x
Thanks Bec!
Yeay! Well done! I love that you have such a sensible approach to it and are going steadily – apparently that’s what helps keep it off! You go girl!
Thanks lovely x
Fantastic! Congratulations 🙂 Weigh in day is tomorrow for me and I’m terrified it won’t show any change. So stressful! :/
Thanks so much Elizabeth! Good luck for tomorrow x
Congratulations, I think it’s so important to do it slow and stead, and you are doing so well! I am sure you are going to reach you 1 stone in no time!
Well done! It sounds like you are doing it in a safe and measured style. A little off is better than huge amounts in one go. Keep it up
Tx
Fabulous! Well done. Try floor exercises… There are loads on YouTube. Just skip the ones you can’t do and move on. I like doing abs workout every other day, as you can lie down at the same time! Haha
Well done on your weight loss. 1lb may not seem like a lot but it all adds up! When I was losing weight, I found my exercise ball to the best thing for toning up.
I don’t do scales too often when trying to lose weight… our weight is changing depending what we ate, what time of the day is it or where in our circle we are… it can be very confusing and frustrating
