About The Book
The book is by bestselling Danish author Gitte Winter Graugaard – a gentle and calming collection of bedtime meditations designed to help children fall asleep with ease.
The book features four guided meditations for parents to read aloud to their children, encouraging self-esteem, self-love, and emotional calmness while helping little ones drift into restorative sleep.
Gitte explains: “Self-esteem and self-love are invaluable resources in life that we need to teach our children to help them navigate the constant messages they receive from society and screens, while also helping them recharge emotionally.”

Our Thoughts
This is such a beautiful book. The illustrations are lovely, first of all. I love it when illustrations are beautiful and keep you more engaged with the book. My oldest daughter often struggles to fall asleep at nights – it is like her brain is working non stop 24 hours a day. We have been testing out these meditations stories with her and she definitely is a lot calmer and less hyperactive at bedtime.
The stories are beautiful and so lovely – I honestly think that every home should have this on their bookshelves! We love it.
