Reaching Your Health Goals – What Are Mine?

Collaborative Post

When it comes to reaching our health goals, it can be tough to know what we want to achieve and how to achieve them. Some people want to go it alone and achieve them all by themselves whereas others need some help or a little push from someone else, such as Dr. Ryan Shelton from Zenith Labs. Sometimes we all need someone who knows what they are talking about to help guide us where we need to go.

The team at Zenith Labs have an in depth knowledge of the recent developments in traditional medicine and also of alternative medicine. They use this knowledge to custom formulate supplements with each formula relying on a precise combination of ingredients to get the best results.

I know I sometimes need a little encouragement in order to help me achieve mine. It can be so easy to get bogged down and make excuses not to do stuff because it is easier not to. But I am not happy with where I am at right now and I need to do something about it. It is something I have been thinking about for a while but was yet to do anything about.

Here’s how I am hoping to achieve my health goals.

Eat Better

I am planning on eating a much better diet. I have to admit that this past year has seen my diet become incredibly shocking. Convenience became much more important in a time where it was often difficult to get certain foods and when we were all exhausted by all being together 24/7. I am planning on adding more good stuff back into my diet and eating less of the bad stuff. Don’t get me wrong, I will still be having treats – just not as many and not as often.

Supplement

I know that even if I have a better diet, I won’t necessarily be getting all the nutrients I need. For this reason, I will be taking supplements where required to fill in those gaps. I know for sure that I don’t get anywhere near enough calcium as I don’t really like the main stuff with it in – so this would be something I would try to get more of.

Get Active

I have got better at this in recent weeks – I have been going for more walks and have even been doing workouts on our exercise bike. But I know this isn’t quite enough and I need to do more so I am planning on setting up a new fitness routine once again – to go back to what I was doing before all the lockdowns.

These are just a few of my health goals – there are many reasons why people take supplements and I definitely think I should be taking some too. I also know getting active will benefit me and help me to lose some of the extra weight I have been carrying.

What health goals have you set? Will you be asking for help or going it alone?
