Week 24 of my pregnancy diaries is certainly going to be quite a boring one. Not much has happened in the past week – I’ve been at home by myself quite a lot as Steve has been at work and Jack has been at school and most of that has been spent working. Its been a very busy week work wise but pregnancy wise, not much has happened.
Baby girl has certainly been a lot more active this week though. It seems like she is practicing gymnastics the somersaults she seems to be doing! I’m having quite a bit of trouble sleeping at the moment as I just can’t get comfortable. When I do get comfortable and start to fall asleep, baby girl seems to like to make her presence known and practice for the 2036 Olympics, I swear!
I’ve had a little bit of heartburn this week and a little bit of discomfort during the day but its been quite a quiet week otherwise.
I’m still trying to get a decent picture of this baby bump as I can’t seem to manage one myself and this bump is sure starting to pop out now!
In other news, I won yet another competition where the prize was stuff for the baby – I won some baby clothes on a Facebook page so I think baby girl is pretty sorted for the first month or two of her life. She has tons of clothes, tons of skincare stuff like nappy cream etc, a cot, a new stroller and bottles just in case breastfeeding doesn’t work out for us. All we really need to get is a Moses basket – does anyone know where is best to get one from? We even hopefully have a new carseat coming for her too!

Hooray for 24 weeks! Cute bump too! I’d recommend a small crib instead of a moses basket. In my experience they don’t last in a moses basket long. We got a small crib from kiddicare for the same price and it was perfect
