I was recently sent this wonderful gift set from Molton Brown, the Orange & Bergamot Home Collection gift set for hands. I have never tried any products from Molton Brown before, despite them being on my wishlist so I was interested to see what these products would be like. What a nice Christmas gift to receive!
It is no secret that I am a sucker for hand products – I’ve shown off my hand cream collection before. Mind you, the majority of the products in that collection were budget buys so it is nice to be able to try something a little more luxurious.
Not only do you get some hand wash and some hand lotion packaged in exquisitely beautiful bottles but you are also treated to some aroma reeds too – as a big candle, oils and reeds fan this definitely made the gift set all the more special.
They smell absolutely incredible; I must admit I was a little wary at first as sometimes citrus scents such as orange can be overpowering. However, I was pleasantly surprised – I want to try some other scents from the range when I get a chance if they smell just as good! The texture of them is how I expected them to be – thick and luxurious without being ‘too much’. All too often hand products can be very thin and the product has to be pumped multiple times to feel any difference.
I’m extremely impressed with this gift set from Molton Brown – at £50, it is just the right sort of price for your purse – the products themselves are worth £59 and for £9 less, you know you are getting a variety of decent quality products with a decent scent and great feel. I would definitely recommend.
