We are back as a duo this week – say a big welcome back to Sarah! She is still recovering so share your well wishes with her.
How has your week been? Mine has been a bit of a whirlwind!
Do you want to join this linky? The rules are so easy to follow. Just please ensure you are linking back to both myself and Sarah in the post. Publish it then add the published link to the Inlinkz tool we both have at the bottom of our posts!
The questions are:
- How are you feeling/coping?
- What have you been up to over the past 7 days?
- What is your favourite post of the past 7 days (it can be yours or someone elses!)?
- Do you have any plans for lockdown easing?
- What have you bought this week that others might like? (Especially if it is from a small business.)
- What have you been grateful for over the past 7 days?
- What would you like the future to know about life during a pandemic?
- Anything else you would like to mention?

1. How are you feeling/coping?
I am okay although I am full of cold/my allergies are playing up, I am not sure which. We are currently isolating too as Jack has a consistent cough. We are pretty much certain it is not Covid-19 however because a cough is a symptom, we have got him tested today and are awaiting results. Once we know, then we will either continue isolating or get him back to school. Olivia is not happy about being off school!
2. What have you been up to over the past 7 days?
Working, reading, seeing family and friends.
3. What is your favourite post of the past 7 days?
I loved writing my review of the Foul Play card game – it is a lot of fun!
4. Do you have any plans for lockdown easing?
Hopefully going on holiday – in the UK!
5. What have you bought this week that others might like?
I can’t actually think of anything!
6. What have you been grateful for over the past 7 days?
Family and friends.
7. What would you like the future to know about life during a pandemic?
That things can change instantly.
8. Anything else you would like to mention?
That I am here for all of your freelance writing or virtual assistance needs, haha!

Thank you, wish I would start to feel better soon . Poor Jack Jack with the cough, it’s a nightmare isn’t it with everything having to be checked just in case now.
Ohh, I will need to look into Foul Play! It’s been just rain here, so we haven’t been out or about, or seen friends really, but hopefully this week.
I hope you feel better soon, and that Jacks results come back negative. I loved your review on the Foul Play game and a game I want to play now
I hope Jack’s test result s back real soon and is negative, self isolating is such a pain (but of course, totally necessary too!). Mich x
Fingers crossed that it wasn’t a positive result. I’m just so excited as I’ve been able to book my vaccine now which is great x
I hope Jack’s test is negative and he gets back to his usual little self soon 🙂
Hope Jack feels better soon, I know the feeling is not great these days, I ordered some tests when my cough wouldn’t stop as well.
Same here, I’ve not bought anything exciting this week other than food for the household. I hope that you get to go away in the UK over the summer x
I hope you are feeling better soon and that Jack gets a negative result, I hate the waiting around for results! I am hoping we might be able to go on a UK holiday this year too, I am in desperate need of some time at the seaside! x
