One of Jack’s favourite programmes at the moment is Swashbuckle which is on CBeebies at the weekend. I’m not sure what he likes about – it can’t be my dreadful singalong to the theme tune – but he gets so excited when it is on that it only seemed right for him to be a pirate! I chose one of my favourite pictures of him to be put onto the product which I chose to be a water bottle. I wanted something very durable but attractive that he could take out with him when visiting family and friends and this certainly ticks all the boxes.
He sometimes has a little difficulty when it comes to using new bottles but he took to this with no problem, even if he did keep stopping to gaze at his picture! I was a little concerned that the quality of the picture would diminish after being washed up but the bottle came out as shiny and new as it looked when we first received it. Jack absolutely loves this and I have to prise it away from him in order to wash it up! I will definitely be picking up some things from It’s Your Story for his birthday and Christmas which are both in two months time.
