First of all, I would like to say my thoughts are with everyone involved in the 9/11 atrocities of ten years ago at this very sad anniversary. I don’t have many words to say, but that my heart goes out to all those who lost a loved one.
As I mentioned in the last few posts, I have been extremely lucky on the blog giveaway front recently.
To begin with, I won the Lady and The Wise Owl T-shirt from Lady Umbrella from Chloe’s blog. I wish I had a picture to show you, but everything got so muddled up in the move, and I know for a fact its in the pile of laundry so I shall edit this with a picture at a later date for you 🙂
Next came the wonderful giveaway from Catt’s blog. I’m surprised so few of you entered – the prizes were definitely worth a quick, free entry! I also found another Herts blogger in Catt too, so this giveaway win was very interesting to say the least – I now know there’s at least three of us in Hertfordshire, aha. Catt included a sweet little note too 🙂

I was going to use it the other day, but decided against it until this week – with 8 days off, I can spend forever in the bath – but I think my boyfriend may have forgot about it, and it has kind of fallen apart :/ I shall still use it though! Rachel also included a sweet little note, proving to be the ‘sweetaholic’ she proclaims herself to be 🙂
Finally, we have the necklace I won from Lakota’s blog in association with Stall 21. The prize was a gorgeous necklace (pictured below) and I love it! I did try to take a picture of the box the necklace came in with the original bow on top – however, before I’d even had a chance to look at my prize, my boyfriend decided he wanted to look instead – and undone the bow to look inside. So, forgive my attempts at trying to recreate the bow, please!

I haven’t got round to wearing this however, as it wouldn’t be practical to wear it at work. However, since I go on maternity leave in THREE weeks(!!), I shall be wearing it from then on, I believe!

Finally catching up on people's blogs! Been so exhausted it's unbelievable. Sorry about the long break. Anyway:
I swear you have a spell on you or something. I put loads of random bits of paper into my wool hat with usernames of people I know on just to see who would come out first. I mixed them up really well, I swear I did not do this on purpose (as there was no prize obviously) but your name came out. Twice.

I saw this awesome giant gold key necklace in the Cancer Research last week. It was actually a corkscrew secretly but it looked kinda magical like something you'd find out of a film.

I must do a competition or challenge on my blog. Now that I've hit the clearout on the head, I don't have to worry about storing LOADS of stuff for ages.

Omg there's that trophy shop down the road. You could get one made for Futures for the best blogger award or something. Postage might be a bit high lol. But you can have custom ones made in any shape you want I think.
