We’ve been having all manners of problems with our water and plumbing over the past couple of months, meaning Jack has been mostly having showers at ours and then having proper baths at his grandparents. Our hot tap in the bath was barely giving out any water but wouldn’t totally turn off which made running a bath extremely difficult and made sure a lot of water was wasted through steady dripping. Now that it has finally been sorted out, Jack can go back to having the baths he loves again – and I can stare at my inflated water bill with despair.
Jack loves having baths but HATES having his hair washed. Hair washing time can often lead to tantrums so I was interested to see if he would act a little different with this hair and body wash – after all, it just looks like it is more bubble bath, not shampoo. The result? He let me wash his hair with it with little to no tantrums so a massive improvement. Now if only I could convince him baby shampoo was bubble bath…
The bubble bath itself was a complete success. Jack loves nothing more than seeing bubbles in the bath and this definitely made a lot of bubbles.
