    very minimal haha i am moisturising more from all the washing before/during/after work

  2. My self-care routine is very minimal at the moment. I’ve felt quite anxious/stressed lately and I’ve not really taken the time to take care of myself. I guess your question has made me realise that I need to spend more time on self-care!

    I am always moisturising my dry skin. Nice to have a relaxing facial or soak feet in the sunny garden with epsom salts

  6. Wash my face with glycerin soap, body with mild ivory. Shower after workout and use lots of lotion and or oil daily. Eat vegetarian diet.

    My self care routine is to make sure I get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of water amd moisturise my skin frequently.

    I don’t really have a self-care routine, although I have been washing my hands even more than usual so the skin on my hands is now really dry and sctratchy.

  13. Due to some stressful obligations lately, it’s been nonexistent. But typically it’s pretty simple – well cleansed & moisturized. My dry skin can cause issues before I realize it. Thanks for the chance.

    I use a moisturising face wash, then day cream. I drink plenty of water through the day and use a night cream before bed.

    I do 10 minutes of meditation in the mornings and in the evenings. I always do my skincare routine day and night. I let myself have moment of doing nothing. I fill my body with healthy food and drink.

    My self-care is non-existant at the moment I have a husband of 78 with advanced Parkinson’s its all I can do to remember to brush my hair – my relaxation is entering comps when he sleeps

    My self care is always to look after myself as much as possible with healthy options and a good cleansing routine

  32. I try to stick to natural products as possible! When I’m not lazy I clean my face, apply toner, serum then cream. I’m lazy most days though!

    My self-care daily routine involves lots of exercise (outdoors if possible) and healthy meals to look after my physical health. Cryptic crosswords and sudokus keep my brain active and reading which has always been an important part of my life has stepped up to the plate for de-stressing me for a couple of hours each day. Any time left I try to fit in a pampering session before bedtime.

    I always remove any make-up before bed but at the minute it’s very rare I use make-up so there is no face routine in place

    My skincare routine is pretty minimal! I cleanse and exfoliate in the mornings and then moisturise with with Kiehl’s skin rescuer, which is great for dry skin during this lockdown! Then at night I clean my face with a sensitive skin wipe and moisturise again!
