How To Get To The RAF Museum in London Easily This Half Term

Collaboration

When I was younger I always used to go on days out with my Dad, brother and nephews on the train. We’d visit many different places that were easily accessible by public transport and I fondly remember visiting the RAF museum in London too. We’d jump on the train from our local station and get off at Hendon (we live just outside London so this was easiest for us) but some may find it easier to travel into the capital and then jump on a specific line to get to Hendon itself.

As you can see in the video below, getting to the RAF museum via public transport really couldn’t be any easier. There are key locations to find your way from and it really couldn’t be any simpler.

I remember spending whole days at the RAF museum when I was younger – learning about our history and being fascinated by the different planes. The museum is massive and there is so much to see and do. This half term I am considering taking Jack as you definitely need a whole day to experience everything the museum has to offer – a morning or an afternoon just wouldn’t be enough.

Its been such a long time since I visited and I definitely want Jack to experience the joy and fun I did when I used to visit – it is a great place for children and adults alike and a fantastic family day out.

Have you ever visited the RAF museum?
