We really like the Casdon range. They have such good quality toys and have a reputation for producing replica role play toys. The business has been around since 1946 and we have had many items from them.
We were recently sent the Casdon Hetty Deluxe Cleaning Trolley to review. Olivia was very excited to see Hetty because we have a real Henry Hoover and she keeps putting her Hetty bucket on top of him and making them chat, haha!
The Deluxe Hetty Cleaning Trolley comes with the pieces separate but it is very easy to put together. The set includes a realistic hand vacuum which has working suction (much like the Dyson hoover we previously reviewed). It also comes with a Hetty mop bucket with her cute face and hat as a lid; a broom, hand brush and dust pan, mop and cloth, debris bag and even play detergent bottles. What’s even better is that you can fold it away for easy storage too! As well as the Hetty Pink, you can get the Henry Red too!
Olivia has been having a lot of fun with this – every time I turn around she is pretending to mop something up or brushing the floor. She really loves the vacuum too – it amazed her the first time she realised the suction worked and I’ve actually caught her ripping up paper just so she can attempt to hoover it up!
The vacuum requires 3xAA batteries which aren’t included and the toy is perfect for ages 3+. As mentioned before, we really love Casdon products because they are great quality but another reason why I really like them for my children is the fact that they really help to encourage realistic role play. We’ve all seen it before when kids want to be like their parents so the fact that Casdon create such good replicas such as this is fantastic – Olivia loves trying to be like Mummy!
The toy is very affordable also which is great if you are looking for something for little ones for Christmas. We are definitely looking at more items in the Casdon range for Olivia’s Christmas presents (and her birthday two weeks afterwards!).
Once again, we are very impressed with the products Casdon have on offer. They are a brand we will keep coming back to as we can always rely on their good quality, affordability and the fact that they encourage such great role play and help to develop skills too.

This is an adorable toy and it must be really lovely when you see her trying to be like you 🙂 Must be nice to have a little helper around the house.
Oh this is lovely, I know my little girl would absolutely love this set! I have a henry hoover and she is always trying to “help” me hoover so I know she would have great fun following me around with her own little cleaning trolley lol!

Aww this looks douch fun and great fit getting the children involved when you’re doing bits around the house too.
