You may have seen how much of a Baby Annabell fan Olivia is – she absolutely adores her babies. We were recently given the chance to review something else from the range and we opted for the Baby Annabell Sweet Dreams Rocker.
Retailing at £34.99, the rocker is perfect for nap time for Baby Annabell. You can gently move the rocker from side to side and the gentle swaying motion will send baby to sleep. It also comes with a mattress for the baby. So what did we think?
The cot came in a few different pieces to put together to make the cot. I must admit, I found this quite difficult to put together at first but all I needed to do was ‘snap’ it together. However I was a bit dubious about snapping it together as I didn’t want to break it – I needn’t have worried.
The rocker itself is the perfect size for Annabell or even her brother Alexander. Olivia has been switching and swapping them out of the rocker as she pleases. She is so loving with her babies and it was so lovely to see her tending to them whilst they were in the rocker.
She gently rocked it from side to side,’ssh’-ing and hushing baby to sleep. She even got her brother involved in the action multiple times too, with one of them rocking one baby to sleep in the rocker and the other rocking a baby in their arms.
This Autumn marks the 20th anniversary of Baby Annabell and to celebrate, they have added an exciting variety of products to the new Baby Annabell range. So what did we think of the rocker as one of the newest additions?
The rocker is great quality. The stand seems pretty sturdy and the rocking seat itself seems very rigid and sturdy too. The only problem I’ve found is that it cannot seem to take any extra pressure – but that is to be expected, it isn’t built for a lot of extra weight. Olivia has tried to put multiple babies into the rocker and even tried to sit in it herself on occasion.
I think this makes a great addition to the range and Olivia herself loves it just as much as she loves her dolls from the range. I’m already looking to see what else I can add to her collection from the range – what would you suggest?
The Baby Annabell rocker can be found at all good toy retailers. You can find out more on the website here.
