I don’t know about you but I always need a little help with things, a little motivation. This is where Lifesum can come into play. An app that helps you create a tailored plan to keep you on track physically. I struggle sometimes so this app would definitely be of use to me – even just ensuring I drank enough water or ate enough/not too many calories would be great for me!
Lifesum is a Stockholm-based health app with over 11 million users. Using tech and psychology, it creates a tailored plan to help you live a happier, more balanced life. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or just be healthier, Lifesum shows you how changing your small, everyday habits can transform your life. It is available on iOS and Android.
Do you want to hear some fantastic news? For day 5 of my advent giveaways, two lucky winners will each receive a 12 months Gold membership to the app. The Gold membership gives access to additional features such as food grading, meal feedback and motivational tools – this would be really handy for me as I know I don’t always make the healthiest choices. It has even been featured as one of the best health, fitness and wellness apps by weekly magazine Grazia! High praise indeed.

For your chance of winning, just fill out the Rafflecopter below. This giveaway is UK only and runs from the 5th of December to 11.59pm on the 11th of December. All entries will be moderated and verified. No multiple entries. Prize is non transferable and winners will be notified within 72 hours. Winner has 28 days to respond. Good luck!
