BEDM #21: My Workspace

My workspace is generally the one place, however I do sometimes use the iPad mini to catch up on work stuff and very rarely do I use Steve’s laptop. Most of the time I sit at my computer desk – this is where I blog from, often do my freelance work from and generally check the majority of my emails. Every so often I completely clear it as the mess is starting to irritate me but it soon descends into chaos again.

This is what my desk looks like most of the time – diaries, planners and paperwork everywhere. A mug full of some sort of description, the baby monitor, random family/blogging/saving money books, a glass full of pens, the house phone and a random screwdriver.

I also have my lip product storage on my desk – the drawers are choc-a-block full and I even have an acrylic holder on the top. Then I have various body sprays, hand sanitisers and dry shampoos for if I have to rush out and have been working at the desk for hours upon end.

I am all over the place with my organisation at the moment – I really need to get it sorted – but I think I may wait until after my holiday..how about you?

Oh gosh, I'm literally the same! The mess begins to clutter literally a second after I've tidied! I called it an organised mess! Lol.

  2. I'm the same but as long as I know where everything is – I'm fine with it. Last time I tidied my desk one of the cats jumped up & knocked over a plant & a pint glass of water. That's when I decided not to bother any more.

  3. This is what my desk used to look like until i got rid of it to make more room in Athenas room. Now I blog from the sofa. It's not as ergonomically correct but the kettle is closer, haha!
    Love the random screwdriver!
