Degustabox | September 2024

I was sent a Degustabox for the purpose of review. All thoughts and opinions are our own.

Don’t forget you can get your first box here. Here are our thoughts on the September Degustabox. Use this code ZVDSC to get £3 off your first box!

So what did we think of the box?

Maggi Air Fryer Recipe Mix – 99p each

We use our air fryer a lot. We started using it a lot when we were in temporary accommodation and didn’t have access to an oven and we became quite adept at adapting recipes to suit our needs. These recipe mixes and make meals so much quicker and easier. They are super tasty too!

Cirio Roma Pasta Sauce – £2.25

We love pasta dishes in our house so a pasta sauce is always going to go down a treat. This sauce is made from 100% Italian tomato and is absolutely delicious!

Flava It Fuss-Free Seasoning Mixes – £1.10 each

We don’t have any meals without seasoning them so we were always going to appreciate these! These brought plenty of flavour to each dish we made!

Knorr Red Wine Stock Pot – £1.90

We always have a cupboard packed full of Knorr products for any occasion. With it rapidly approaching stew and casserole season and us having already made some, these are perfect!

LU Le Petit Cookie – £1.99

These delicious golden biscuits are so delicious! They are so moreish and melt in the mouth and we will certainly be buying these again!

Smint Strawberry XXL Tin – £1.50

These are great! They are sugar free and perfect for on your desk or on the go. Steve has taken these to work in his HGV!

Acti+ Clean Energy Drink – £1.50

This is a natural clean energy drink which Steve is yet to try. He finds natural drinks like this very marmite so I am intrigued to see what he thinks.

Tilda Sag Aloo Rice – £1.54

This is the Product of the Month and it is easy to see why! Tilda always bring out banging products and this tastes great, whether on the side or on its own!

Jordan’s Country Crisp Limited Edition Blueberry Crumble – £3.60

We adore Country Crisp cereal in our house – it is just so good! We all quite like blueberry too so we were happy to see this included and it did not last long!

Truly Nuts Fired Up Hot Chilli Nuts – £1.30

These were too hot for most of us in the house but Steve really enjoyed these and said he would certainly take them in his lunchbox as a snack again!

MYOM Original Oat Drink Premix – £1.10

This is a dairy milk alternative. We won’t use this so I have passed onto my friend whose daughter cannot have dairy and will definitely make good use of it!

Overall this box was pretty impressive. There were a few bits we won’t use or that were only suitable for one or two members of the family however we enjoyed the majority of the box. The box is worth over £18 which is great when you consider the price paid!

What would be your favourite item?
