I was sent a Degustabox for the purpose of review. All thoughts and opinions are our own. For reference, I get sent a PR box which has items from both the box with alcohol (although this month’s doesn’t contain any) and the box without – those buying won’t – I am sent all the items to showcase exactly what is in them.
Don’t forget you can get your first box for just £7.99 including shipping with the code WDGX9 which gets you a £5 discount on the £12.99 price!
This month’s theme is Hello Spring. So what did we receive in the box this month?
Homepride Superior Sponge Flour – £2
This is the newest member of the Homepride family and a welcome addition to our box. We use a lot of flour so this will definitely be used – we can’t wait to make a delicious sponge cake.
Highball Alcohol Free Cocktails Pink G&T – £1.99
I love a gin but don’t like tonic so was unsure what I would think about this. I must admit that I was not a fan upon trying this – I think that was the tonic side of things. These are alcohol free and whilst I didn’t enjoy this one, I am keen to try the other ones in the range. These are made with natural ingredients and less than half the calories of a standard cocktail.
Cadbury Hot Chocolate 30% Less Sugar – £2.49
We love hot chocolate in our house and this one with 30% less sugar is going to be very popular in my house! I can’t wait to enjoy a cuppa!
Naked Noodle Singapore Curry – £1.20
I love these Naked noodle pots, they are a great lunch option and I really enjoyed this for lunch yesterday. Super flavourful and containing no artificial colouring or preservatives, they are definitely worth a try.
Marmite Crunchy Peanut Butter – £2.50
This was probably the families favourite addition from this months box. We always have a jar of this in the house as the kids and Steve love it so this will be very much enjoyed!
Nudie Snacks Broad Bean Sour Cream & Chive – £1.59
I was intrigued by this snack but unfortunately did not like these. However, and surprisingly, Jack really enjoyed these. They are high in fibre, high in veggie protein so I am happy for him to snack on these.
Jubel Beer cut with elderflower
We haven’t tried this yet but are very intrigued by the flavour!
Knorr Kaffir Lime & Ginger stock/ Paprika & Sundried tomato stock pot – 95p each
Haven’t got round to using these yet but these will be great for our pantry. We are always using Knorr stock pots so can’t wait to try these in our dishes!
Merchant’s Heart tonic water – £1.30
As I mentioned above, I don’t like tonic water – and neither does anyone else in my house so I will be passing this on to someone else.
These did not last long after being found in the box! Containing no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, these are a great sweet treat that the whole family can enjoy.
Seedlip Garden 108 – £3 for 6cl
These are the world’s first distilled non alcoholic spirit. I haven’t yet tried it but I am very intrigued!
Wotsits (Flamin’ Hot/Sizzling Steak) – £1 each
These are great! Wotsits are bringing back two iconic flavours and Steve enjoys them so was happy to see them in the box. They haven’t lasted very long!
We also received a delicious Galaxy Oat drink – this has no added sugar and is registered with the Vegan Society. Olivia really enjoyed this!
We were very impressed with the box. Whilst there are a few items we won’t use, some of our favourite products were in the box. The products retail at over £23 so £12.99 is an absolute bargain price.
What product would you enjoy most?

Oh wow I love subscription boxes and this one looks amazing. It’s a great time to look into these type of gifts too for Mother’s Day and people’s birthdays who might not be able to go out and about shopping.
What a fabulous selection for March’s box! I spotted those Smarties buttons straight away! I haven’t seen them before but will certainly be on the lookout for them! 🙂 Sim x
These always look like such interesting boxes, with something new to try that you really could be able to add to your every day shopping. I’d definitely like to try some of those whatsits.
This box looks so yummy and like it has so much variety! I love the look of those wotsits too. I’ve been craving wotsits so much lately haha x
What an amazing range. We are big fans of the marmite peanut butter, and I really need to get some of those smarties too!
Loving all the products which you have received in your degustabox! I love cooking Singapore Noodles hence would love to try the Naked Noodle to check out their flavours when I am rushed for time.
Looking at the range of products you have received this month in your degustabox, I’m not sure I’d want to risk it. There’s quite a lot that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy due to being gluten free, which is a shame as I love the idea.
Oooo I have heard about this box and it sounds amazing. Love the variety you get especially cause I like to try alternative items
Great box, in fact I think this has been one of the best boxes I have seen for a while, lots of yummy goodies inside for sure! I have been wanting to try those smarties buttons for ages and also recently tried the steak wotsits which are SO moreish and delicious!
Omg, Flaming Hot Wotsits ! They are soo good. I’m so glad they brought them back.
