Skincare is something that is so important, especially as we get older. I’ve actually been quite lucky throughout this pregnancy as my skin isn’t as bad as it sometimes can be (thanks pregnancy hormones!) but taking good care of your skin daily is essential to fight signs of aging and impurities. I was recently asked if I would like to review something from the True Company beauty company and opted for this Mirai face brush and cleanser. I’ve tried a few face brushes in the past so was intrigued to see how this worked – especially as it came with a cleanser too.
The True company are a worldwide beauty company and this face brush is designed to give your skin a deep clean. Claiming to gently massage and stimulate the skin to give a more firmer, smoother, vibrant and youthful appearance, I had to see what all the fuss was about.
First of all, let me say I love the packaging. Keeping to the hot pink theme throughout, I love the design of the brush and the colour too. The brush is easy to grip which is handy when in the midst of a skincare routine where you may have slightly damp or greasy hands.

So what were my thoughts?
At $248 for the set (£201.48 at today’s exchange rate), it isn’t the cheapest facial brush out there but it does have a few things going for it that those others don’t have.
- The design is great – makes it easy to handle.
- You can adjust the vibration intensity – there are 14 different settings.
- It is easy to clean and dry due to its design and material.
- It comes complete with a USB charger and charges extremely quickly unlike other brushes.
- There are different bristle beads for different areas of the skin.
The cleanser is also great too. It has quite a creamy texture but isn’t too thick nor too watery, even once mixed with water for application. It doesn’t dry the skin out (and I can have quite sensitive skin sometimes) and so far has left my skin looking much more revigorated. I am very impressed.
Have you ever tried a facial brush before? How did you get on?
