It’s that time of the month again where I receive my Degustabox and let you know what’s in it. If you’re interested in purchasing your first box with a massive £7 off, use the code BLDEG15 when ordering from the website here and it will bring your order down from £12.99 to just £5.99 with free delivery – a great saving and a great offer, I am sure you will agree!
This month there was such a vast variety of stuff to try – some of which we have loved, some of which we are still yet to try and some which we definitely aren’t too keen on. But for the price of the box, you are definitely getting way more than your moneys worth and I am always impressed with the variety of items that they include within the box. As always, some coupons were included and a sheet to tell us what the items were and a little about them.
Get Fruity Tangy Pineapple, Coconut & Lime bar – £1
We’ve tried plenty of these Get Fruity bars before and we are always impressed. They’re super tasty and pretty much just melt in your mouth. You can always taste all the flavours and we often fight over who gets it. We shared this one so as not to, haha!
Metcalfe’s Popcorn Thins Milk Chocolate Coated Corn Thins – £1
These popcorn thins are absolutely delicious and exactly the kind of standard I expect from Metcalfe’s. We really enjoyed these and they’re a great sized packet for a serving.
Chia Bia Milled Chia Seeds and Chia Bia Whole Chia Seeds – £1 each
Unfortunately we aren’t fans of chia seeds so won’t be using these – however we will either be giving to a friend who does or donating to the food bank.
Mrs Crimble’s Fusilli (gluten free) – £1.99
I am yet to try this as I am debating whether to let my Mum have it seeing as she has to have gluten free products. She has said that she will have it for lunch round here though so I can try it myself so I will let you know my thoughts!
Hartley’s Jelly – 50p each
Probably Jack’s favourite addition to the box (especially as he can collect more green lids towards his free lunchbox!) and something I love seeing. Jelly is a nice treat for Jack and I love the fact that Degustabox varied the flavours within the box.
Cirio Borlotti Beans – £1.89 for a pack of three
We love the Cirio brand and generally have a whole pile of their products in our cupboards – literally, our cupboards look like we don’t buy anything but Cirio – but we aren’t fans of Borlotti beans so instead of these getting pushed to the back of our cupboards, we will be donating to the food bank so someone else can benefit from them.
Miso Tasty Miso SOup – £3.65
I’m glad this was included in the box as I doubt I would have paid the price this is listed at myself. I am yet to try it but I am looking forward to having for my lunches whilst Jack is at school and Steve is at work.
Cape Drinks (Sparkling Peach & Lychee and Sparkling Pineapple & Passionfruit) – £1.59 each
We love it when drinks are included in the box as Steve takes them to work. Sparkling fruit drinks are always popular with him and these weren’t any different.
Teisseire Sirop – £2.99
We drink a lot of squash in our house so were very excited to see this raspberry and cranberry sirop which you simply add water to. It’s delicious. Degustabox even included a fab little recipe for Red Berry Fizz – all you need is a tall glass with ice, a dash of the sirop topped with sparkling water and garnished with your favourite fruit – yummy!
Say Yes To No Bread Chips (BBQ flavour)- £1.49
We love BBQ flavoured things and these are no exception. They’re really yummy and something the whole family enjoys!
I was quite impressed with the Degustabox this month, a real variety of items included. Some may not be of use to us but someone else will benefit from them regardless. Have you ever tried a Degustabox?
Box sent for the purpose of an honest and unbiased review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

These boxes always seems such great value for money, love how you are passing on the things you won’t use yourself as well. x
I quite like chia seeds myself and add them to porridge
You know what, I think it is great that you are donating any food you don’t like or don’t need to food banks. The borlotti beans look nice although I know you are donating them xx
The box looks like great value for money. Loving the items.
I always keep meaning to get a Degusta Box but I always forget to sign up! This looks like a fantastic box and I think I would have loved everything in here apart from the pineapple/coconut bar thing as I can’t eat coconut xx
They included some pretty cool stuff. I’d be excited to try the Miso soup they sent.
I am all about easy pasta and that bag looks so yummy!
I need all these foods!

I hate people who waste food. Glad you are donating rather than throwing out what you do not like.
I love those popcorn thins. A really nice chocolatey snack.
