Across the UK, we are excitedly awaiting June 21st when we can properly reunite with our family and friends.
Although we’re currently allowed outdoor (and soon indoor) trips to the pub as well as garden visitations, it’s not quite the same as greeting your loved ones in your own home with a big hug and a cuppa at the ready.
Thankfully that day is getting closer, and in the meantime you can prepare by turning your house into a hosting haven that will see everyone and their dog flocking to yours for the perfect hangout space a la Friends.

There are two types of people in this world. The first – those who used lockdown as an opportunity for a good clear out and ransacked every inch of the house from the spare room to the garage to get rid of all their unused junk.

Never miss an opportunity for decoration. To spruce up a party space on a budget, bunting, banners and balloons can be acquired fairly cheaply and tidied up just as easily.
These are great ways to decorate for garden parties and family get-togethers, and with how quickly this year has gone already, it won’t be long before we’re thinking about putting up the Christmas tree.
It’s never too early to start planning for that seasonal time of year, and even though it’s only May (which means Christmas decs won’t be in the shops for another six weeks at least!) savvy shoppers can find bargain deals on festive décor all year round, giving you one less thing to worry about when December rolls around.
