Eleven Things

I was recently tagged by the lovely Lauren to complete the Eleven Things tag. Lauren is one of my favourite bloggers so here is hoping I do her questions justice…

What was your favourite childhood book? Wow..I really don’t know. I used to love Enid Blyton and Roald Dahl books but then of course there’s the Harry Potter series. I just can’t choose!
Do you have a favourite meal, and if so what and why? You can’t beat a good roast dinner!
What did you want to be when you grew up? What didn’t I want to be? Freelance writer, author, journalist, criminologist, police officer. I am actually the first one and writing a book too so technically the second as well. Woo!

What’s your favourite joke? I really don’t know, I can never remember jokes!

Where is your happy place? My house with my family or a beach somewhere like the one above.

The last song you heard? As of writing this, the Hollyoaks theme tune…

 Who was the last text you got from? My friend Laura about plans for the weekend.

What colour is your sofa? Cream. Yep, I didn’t think ahead about the consequences of that decision.

What is on your bedside table? Bottle of water, mouth guard (I have bruxism), headphones, book, hairband.

Do you have any blogging goals? Just to keep to a schedule, I guess.

Where did you last go on Holiday? Bluestone, Wales for a review last summer.

  1. Ahh thank you for answering so fast! I agree, you can't beat a good roast with plenty of gravy! I think Roald Dahl books would definitely be top of my list too!
