Have you been checking out the sales today on the day known as Black Friday? I’ve been keeping my eye on a few websites, looking for a few more birthday presents for Jack and Christmas presents for everyone. I haven’t yet bought anything as I haven’t quite found anything that has really intrigued me but in my search, I have found a great website which is listing all the Black Friday sales from 500 of the countries biggest retailers.
I love sales – yes, you will always find that there are things you don’t want reduced dramatically just so that retailers can get rid of them but you can also find some fantastic deals on items you wouldn’t have thought would be in the sales in the first place. Last year we bought most of our presents in the Black Friday sales and also managed to treat ourselves to a few things too – everything was so affordable compared to normal! Steve’s mum loves handbags and we managed to get her a bag from her favourite brand for a fraction of the price. Steve’s Dad is a fan of ales and we found some of his favourites at a much lower price than they usually retailed at.
I don’t know about you but Steve loves tech or new clothes at Christmas. I was lucky enough to win some Amazon vouchers last year which paid for his PS4 for Christmas but he loves anything like that. By browsing Love The Sales, I have come across some fab deals that I may just have to take advantage of – Steve has a couple of games and a new PS4 headset on his Christmas list and some have popped up under the Playstation deals. I’m also keeping an eye out on the Early Learning Centre and Disney pages for some last minute present ideas for my soon to be four year old (next Friday!)
This is a great website to use to take advantage of the sales and they are around all year, not just on Black Friday. It is definitely a website I will be taking advantage of throughout the year. With families as big as mine and Steve’s, you need all the help you can get!
Do you like shopping in the sales? Have you bought anything great in the Black Friday sales today?
