Living Room Wishlist

I am always looking for some new items to give my living room a new look – after all, it is the room I spend most of my time in apart from my bedroom. I want it to be comfy, cosy, homely but also stylish. We’ve just got a new (to us) sofa which is completely different in colour and design from our old one which means we need to make some adjustments in the living room to suit this. I’ve been searching online for some items and accessories that really suit me down to the ground and came across a website called Love The Sign. They have a wide variety of products ranging from furniture to accessories, even to Christmas products and I found myself coveting quite a lot of the products available.

I love a good print or canvas (you can read all about my love for canvases here) so these four prints that I picked would really fit in well with my living room style. I love quotes and we all love owls and superheroes so these seem perfect for the room where we all spend most of our time.

I am also a sucker for an ornament or two so this little owl would sit happily on my shelves with all of the family photos. I love owls so this should come as no surprise…

Of course, you can’t beat a good bit of storage and I am always in need of storage – I think this looks fab, not too overwhelming but large enough to fit what we need. I always seem to run out of storage, our house is quite small so we need to maximise storage as much as possible.

I’m always thinking of ways to update the look of my living room and often take inspiration from other blogs such as this one. I like to mix all of mine, Steve and Jack’s interests together and come out with a style that suits us but is homely too. I’ll continually be looking for inspiration, especially in the run up to Christmas but what do you think of my wishlist so far?
