You’d have to have been living under a rock to not know who Peppa Pig is. I’ve already been through the obsession once when Jack was younger and now Olivia adores that little pink pig too! She’s nearly always on in our house – if she’s not on the TV, Olivia will manage to find a way to watch her on the tablet too, she just loves that little pig so much!
When offered the chance to unbox and review theย brand new Peppa Secret Surprise toys, a brand new range of collectibles from Character Online, I just had to say yes! Boxes filled with Peppa Pig surprises that little ones can unwrap and play with. The cube shaped present has six hidden drawers which contain five blind bagged toys and one sheet of stickers. The cube is shaped like a gift and the figures and toys all have this surprise/party theme – each figure has their glittery party outfit on and it is super exciting to see which character you are going to get.
Figures include Peppa Pig, Suzy Sheep, Rebecca Rabbit and Zoe Zebra. There are party hats, party gifts and accessories too! We were sent two of the Series 1 Peppa Pig Surprise boxes to review. Read on to see how we got on…
Olivia couldn’t wait to get inside and see who she had got! We lucked out with our very first cube and got the main girl herself, Peppa! She came with a fabulous winter hat, a gorgeous cape, a gift, a rubber duck and some stickers!
It is worth remembering that these Series 1 Peppa Pig Surprise collectibles are for ages 3-5 so there will some small pieces, as shown above so guidance of little ones is recommended. Olivia was ever so happy to come across Peppa in the first cube – she hasn’t let her out of her sight yet!

In our second cube, we unboxed the fantastic Rebecca Rabbit (she has a good name, right? ๐ ). She came with a cool little crown, some wings, a gift, a hairbrush and some stickers also. Olivia was very happy to see Rebecca too as she loves it whenever Rebecca comes on the screen and tries to say her name!
Overall, we were quite impressed – Jack is really into collectibles as you may have noticed from previous posts on the site and it is nice that there is something more suited for Olivia. With series 1 launching this December and new series launching in 2019 with new coloured boxes and a brand new theme of figures and accessories to collect. These cost ยฃ9.99 which is a little more than I would usually personally pay for a collectible as you’ve got to keep buying until you get the whole collection – this could become expensive. I’ll be asking for some for her birthday and Christmas presents though as she really likes them. The only thing I’d be wary of is the small pieces of them which is why they are recommended for ages 3-5.ย I’ll definitely be picking up some more in the future – will you?
