Weight Loss Diary #19

This week I was hoping for a loss but wasn’t sure if I would get it. My weight loss seems to have hit a steady stream now – I’m losing mostly with the odd maintain or gain slipping in every now and again. This past weekend I really wasn’t well so I knew that I would either have lost a bit or gained because my body was trying to hold onto whatever it could for the times when I wasn’t really eating.

Heading down early to help my consultant set up, I got some extra body magic in lugging around the tables and chairs. I even got my Silver Body Magic award certificate in group too!

So how did I do this week?

weight loss

That’s right, I lost 1lb and that was even after Easter and being ill! I did have a little bit of a bad week before becoming unwell so a loss of any kind was going to be great for me. That means I have lost a total of 1 stone 3.5lb and whilst it would be lovely to hit 3.5lb next week to get my 1 and a half stone award, it is never going to happen. My mini target this week has been to maintain as it has been a very busy week with family meals and funerals so I can’t really keep on plan as much as I normally would.

I’m back on track as of today though and hoping for a loss if I can but I would be happy with a maintain. Wish me luck!

  7. A loss is still in the right direction towards your goal. I think I’ve put on 5 times that over easter, so you should be proud! x

  12. You are doing so well Rebecca. Keep thinking positive thoughts and remember that different times in the month can affect your body so don’t feel disheartened if you don’t have a loss every week 🙂
