Until catching up with Louisa’s blog Duck In A Dress yesterday, I had completely forgotten to post my #PhotoAnHour post for June! I used to take part in these all the time a while back but had a few months off. June’s #PhotoAnHour day happened to fall on the day we went on holiday so I thought I’d give it a go! July’s one is this weekend and it is my best friends hen night so I am hoping to participate in that too.
So what exactly did I get up to? All of these photos can originally be found on my Instagram. Please click on the photos to enlarge them!
9am | I was checking my phone whilst we were driving along the motorway and noticed that Janey was participating so I thought ‘why not?’
10am | Just driving onto the ferry, eek!
11am | On the ferry – my parents sure don’t look impressed!
12pm | Off the ferry and time for the holiday to start!
1pm | The decking outside our caravan – Jack loved running up and down this!
2pm | Getting ready to go out and explore the Isle of Wight
3pm | Food shopping, a must…but incredibly boring
4pm | Driving back to the caravan after a very long and very stressful food shop
5pm | Getting ready to go out for dinner, my little poser
6pm | Walking to the restaurant with Nanny & Grandad
7pm | The menu at the restaurant on site. I had one of the specials but wasn’t too impressed, unfortunately
8pm | This phone box was on site and actually still works which amazed me! I was sort of hoping it was one of those ones filled with books…
9pm | After a long day, I was super tired and had a pounding headache so retired to bed not long after Jack and my elderly Dad had also retired to their beds. I wanted to make sure I was feeling okay for the next day – after all, who wants to feel ill on holiday?
Do you ever take part in #PhotoAnHour? I’d love to see your posts if so!

This looks a tiring sort of challenge – you picked a good day to remember
