I am so tired! I did a 9am to 7.30am shift today, done 30 hours overtime this week, doing even more this coming week and my next day off is Saturday! I am aware my blogging is suffering as a result but I am trying my hardest to get on as much as possible, so bear with me lovelies!
*Getting twenty more followers in 24 hours, and LOADS of giveaway entries since I last logged on. Thank you so much, and don’t forget to tell everyone you know!
*Wrestlemania tonight at midnight – my boyfriend and our friend Dunk are major wrestling obsessives and I must admit I do enjoy a bit of WWE myself.. Can’t wait to watch this tonight!
*Thinking about my paycheck at the end of the month… lots of yummy overtime!
*Got the weekend off next week – YAY! Will also be mine and S’ two year anniversary 😀
*Entered over 200 competitions (not including blog giveaways) on days when I’ve been able to blog 🙂
*I am so tired, it’s unbelievable.
*Much as I love the fact that I am going to get loads of pennies at the end of the month, the fact that my back is REALLY painful is not helping 🙁
How have your weekends been? Don’t hesitate to leave a comment below 🙂
How has everyones weekend been so far? I’ve been feeling pretty rough myself this weekend, but a few things have cheered me up over the past few days!
-Westlife at the 02 arena on Friday night – they were absolutely fantastic!
-Receiving my Lulu Guinness bag through the post ( a win with the Daily Telegraph) – will be posting a picture over the next couple of days
-Spending Friday with my girls – shopping, meal out, shopping, meal out & then a concert – what could be better?
-Winning Charlottes giveaway ( you can find her blog here) I can’t wait to try out my prizes!
-Receiving more entries for my giveaway (haven’t entered? Find it here 🙂
-Waking up this morning to realise I had even more followers – YAY!
-My Nan giving me the most gorgeous scarf! As you can tell by my recent posts, I’m really into my scarves at the minute, and this one is beautiful. Will also post a picture in an upcoming post!
-Receiving the loveliest comment from Emma at Artificial Intelligence – really made me smile when I was feeling particularly ill at work yesterday!
-Got my girl Emily coming round tonight for a chilled out evening with her & S.
-Feeling incredibly rough all weekend, only just starting to feel better! Having to a seven hour shift with it is really horrible!
-Even though Westlife were amazing, I did feel rough whilst there too! I certainly enjoyed myself but can’t help thinking I may have enjoyed it even more.
-Money problems. As always! Can’t wait until the middle of the week when it will all be sorted 🙂
What are your smiles & frowns of the week? Had any nice presents from your friends or family recently? Or has a comment on your blog really made you smile?
I finally got myself another one of those bags from Boots, it’s a Celia Birtwell for Shapers lunch bag. It costs £1 and 41p of that goes to Macmillan Cancer Care.
I almost always venture into Boots for my lunch, and Macmillan Cancer Care (as mentioned in previous posts) is very special to me, so anything that helps them is fine by me!
How gorgeous is this little thing? And if you don’t want to put your lunch in it, its perfect for just putting in the little essentials such as purse, keys, makeup, phone etc, and using as an albeit slightly smaller day-to-day bag.
“Through their long-term partnership, Macmillan Cancer Support and Boots UK want to improve the lives of everyone affected by cancer.”

Also, Boots are also currently running their £5 No7 voucher deal if you spend over £5 in store. Its a great offer that runs sporadically throughout the year, and you’ll regret it if you don’t snap some vouchers up.
As the picture says, don’t forget to spend it! I constantly end up with at least two or three in my purse after the end date – I really must stop spending so much money in there!
This is quite a short post today, but I shall post later on – this afternoon, I’m going for a family meal, so expect a picture heavy post and a lot more rambling 🙂
