My New Years Resolution was to get rid of this mum tum I have developed since giving birth to Jack. However, living without a fridge in our new place for a couple of weeks isn’t exactly helpful to the whole healthy eating plan, so I have shamefully been binging on takeaways and rubbish ready meals which, as you can imagine, isn’t doing wonders for the whole dieting thing.
Thus, I decided that I would start again on the 1st of February – that would mean getting my birthday out of the way and hopefully have received my much sought after Wii Fit for my birthday. The boy came up trumps and tomorrow I shall start eating much more healthily and doing a workout on the Wii every day. I will also be going for a number of walks, and am willing to try out anything else to lose this mum tum and feel healthier both inside and out.
What would you suggest? I’m planning on getting Zumba for the Wii, but are there any exercises (for indoors or outdoors) that you find generates results and makes you feel healthier in yourself?
