Box sent for purpose of review
We were recently sent the May Degustabox – the Picnic Box. We love picnics so were very excited to see what was in the box this month. At just £12 for the box which includes free delivery, Degustabox send a variety of items each month which usually add up to more than £20 collectively. You can order yours here. So what did we receive in our box?
Cadbury Dairy Milk Peanut Caramel Crisp – £3.49
Well what can I say? We love Cadbury chocolate and Steve and Jack are big peanut fans so this didn’t last too long in our house. This is a new bar to the range and is the perfect sharing size.
Portlebay Popcorn Sriracha Crunchy Kracklecorn – 79p
These were quite a unique flavour for popcorn. I’m not a big fan of spicy stuff but Steve is and he said these were quite nice; it was nice to have a unique flavour.
Deli Kitchen Skinny Wrap – £1.25
What better for a picnic than wraps? They have recently released a new range of flatbreads. These wraps are just 91kcal and come in an easy to fold unique shape.
Candy Kittens Sweet Pineapple – £3
These are natural and gluten free and very tasty – full of pineapple flavour. The brand believe that life is too short for boring sweets and hence they were born. We will definitely be trying Candy Kittens again.
Homepride Strong White Bread Flour – £1.50
We love making our own bread but we unfortunately don’t eat white bread so we are passing this along to a blogger friend who does and loves making her own bread.
Millions chocolate covered strawberry (50p each) and sour strawberry (60p)
Well what can make Millions better than they already are? Make them sour or cover them in chocolate. These are very yummy and Jack was very happy to see them included in the box!
Cereal Lovers CrunchTime Nuggets – £1.59
These are a brand new snacking concept. Designed to be super healthy and super tasty, this granola is full of all natural ingredients and tastes great. We received the sunshine pack and were very impressed.
Hippeas In Herbs We Trust – £1.5o
A brand new range of oragnic chickpea puffs, we were very excited to try these. They are very high in fibre, a source of protein and just 91 calories, what’s not to love?
Zeo Soft drink – £1.19
We’ve had Zeo drinks included in our boxes before and these are all natural and low calorie drinks. We have always been impressed by Zeo and this time wasn’t the exception – this tasted just as great.
Crabbie’s Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer – £1.89
We love Crabbie’s ginger beer whether it is the non alcoholic or the alcoholic version. We are saving this as a treat as we know it is super tasty.
MOMA Gluten free Raspberry and Coconut Bircher Muesli – £3.20
We don’t eat much muesli in our household but Steve’s dad does so we passed this along to him. He really enjoyed the muesli and would definitely like to try more from the MOMA range.
We also received these intriguing bean bags – yes coffee bags that are just like tea bags! We don’t drink coffee so gave these to Steve’s brother to try and he really enjoyed them – however said the concept was a little strange to get used to at first!
All in all we were very impressed with our box this month. The contents work out at over £20 which is great when you are paying just £12. What would you most like to try from this months box?
